The Roll Away

The Roll Away is what it’s all about. The term is specific, but the feeling is as every bit universal as it is personal. It’s that feeling you get for an instant, when you realize you’ve earned whatever it is you were after. Live it up and then keep on pushing. The roll away isn’t some final destination, it’s the inspiration that keeps you moving on to the next one.

Die Welt ist ein kleines Dorf. This claim is just as false in German as it is in English. It translates to “it’s a small world.” Regardless the tongue, I couldn’t disagree more and I plan to debunk it.

I’m happy to be a product of my environment. Growing up in California gave me everything I needed. I take it everywhere I go. I followed a German exchange student to Munester, and didn’t come back. It became my home base and travel hub for. Then it was New York and now it’s Boston.

I love to do many things, but one of my favorites is using a pen to project my  thoughts onto paper.  It is amazing thing to watch the day’s infinite little intricacies that usually go by unnoticed. I like to explore what makes this world and an its people tick.

Like I said, I love to write. But being that we’re probably from the same generation and have the same tendencies- namely a short attention span, I plan to hit you from all different angles, I.E. video, photos, writings, etc… Watch with your eyes, and listen with your ears. The aesthetics and mediums of my work are ever changing, but the ideas behind them won’t.
